To qualify for a return, your item must meet certain criteria, including:

• Within the Warrantee period of your Region/Country
• Product must be in New condition, not tampered with or vandalized
• Being sent back in its original packaging
• Providing the receipt or proof of purchase that clearly indicates the product was purchased by Perixx and not a Third party Reseller.
• After the 30-days of purchase period proof of defect is required(this can include the failed troubleshooting procedure)
