Why my PERIBOARD-535 on the left or right half of your keyboard is not working?

  • If you find that the left or right half of your keyboard is not working, this is usually caused by incompatibility between the keyboard and the KVM or USB adapter.
  • Please try removing the KVM or USB adapter and connect the keyboard directly to the computer. If the keyboard returns to normal, this confirms that the issue lies in the compatibility between the KVM or USB adapter and the keyboard.
  • If the PERIBOARD-535 functions as expected when directly connected to the computer or laptop, the problem might stem from compatibility issues with your KVM switch. PERIBOARD-535 requires sufficient power during the startup phase. Some KVMs and USB adapters may experience compatibility issues with the PERIBOARD-535 during the initial connection stage, and we've verified its compatibility with most mainstream KVM switches. However, it may not work with some KVM switch brands or models. In such cases, we recommend either not using a KVM switch with the PERIBOARD-535 or ensuring its compatibility beforehand.
