My shipping address is wrong, how can I change it?

If you ordered through our website:

  • Order Not Shipped Yet:

If your order has not yet been shipped and is still in the "Not Shipped" status, please contact us immediately to avoid shipping it to the wrong address. 

  • Order Already Shipped:

Once your order has been shipped, there is unfortunately no way to modify the shipping address. We recommend ensuring the accuracy of your address information during the ordering process to avoid any complications.

However, if your order has been shipped to the wrong address contact us and we will try to find a solution for you.

 

If you ordered through Amazon:

In that case, please directly get in contact with Amazon Customer Service as they handle the shipping and delivery of all orders. They'll be able to assist you with any inquiries related to your purchase.
