You may be able to change it through your Device Manager Windows. On Windows 10, you can change this setting by going to
Start > Settings > Touch pad > Scroll & Zoom
and then you can change in the drop down menu to the scrolling direction you would like to have. If you don't have this option in your computer, you need to go into your Windows Registry files.
If you don't have any experience with this matter, we would not recommend you to do this. Your computer manufacturer might be able to give you an instruction on how to change it through Windows Registry files.
