To qualify for a return, your item must meet certain criteria, including:
- Within the Warrantee period of your Region/Country
- Product must be in New condition, not tampered with or vandalized
- Being sent back in its original packaging
- Providing the receipt or proof of purchase that clearly indicates the product was purchased by Perixx and not a Third party Reseller.
- After the 30-days of purchase period proof of defect is required(this can include the failed troubleshooting procedure)
