Can PERIMICE-720 (wireless) be used with a USB to PS2 converter to connect to the Nano USB receiver?

We recommend using PERIMICE-720 without any adapter, as we cannot guarantee compatibility with a PS2 port.

What shall I do if the PERIMICE-720 Mouse is scrolling involuntarily?

1. check the battery: As product is wireless, like all battery-operated devices, their performance hinges on the power available from their batteries. To ensure your wireless mouse continues to operate at its best, you need to check and change or charge appropriately and timely.

2. Test on Another Computer: Start by connecting the mouse to a different computer. If the issue recurs, the mouse may be defective. 3. Ensure a Direct Connection: Verify that the mouse is directly connected to one of the computer's USB ports rather than through an extension hub or dock. Using extension hubs can lead to connectivity issues which might cause erratic behavior such as involuntary scrolling.

4. Check and Update Drivers: Remove any previously installed mouse drivers, then restart your computer. This can resolve conflicts between the mouse software and your system. For this process, go to device manager and check the driver in Mice and other pointing device

Select “Scan for hardware changes. This will allow your operating system to refresh the new hardware for plug and play.

After refreshing the hardware list, please select “Update driver’ to check the any updates.

Select the option “Search automatically for driver” check driver to update or reinstall for your operating system. After your operating system confirms to reinstall the driver, your mouse is confirmed that its driver is ready to operate.

5. Adjust Mouse Settings: Go into your computer's control panel or settings menu to adjust the mouse settings. Specifically, look for options to modify the scrolling speed and behavior. Reducing the scrolling speed or changing related settings may help mitigate the involuntary scrolling issue.

Why is my mouse cursor behaving erratically, and how can I fix it?

PERIMICE-720 freezing issue sporadically?

PERIMICE-720 can accumulate dust, affecting cursor movement. This could be improved by cleaning the trackball. The trackball can be easily removed from the mouse buttonhole by fingers or a blunt side of a pen. Either use a soft brush or a soft, lint-free cloth (lightly moisten by water) and gently wipe down dust from the trackball.

How to change the DPI of PERIMICE-720?

In the bottom of the trackball, there is switch you can adjust the DPI, when u switch to 'H', DPI is 1600, and when u switch to 'L', DPI is 600.

How to process the rebinding of the Trackball and receiver?

Before process of rebinding, there is assumption that your mouse is completely off that the battery is removed.

1. Plug the receiver into USB port on the computer.

2. Insert batteries into your mouse.

3. Switch to 2.4G on the bottom of Trackball

4. Press the right button on your mouse and the scroll wheel at the same time for 10 seconds then the rebinding process is completed.
